Our gym sits in the heart of this historic mill city, serving families from Downtown’s cobblestone streets to the newer developments near the Salmon Falls River. I’ve trained everyone from Dover commuters to Rochester small business owners, and I’ve learned that effective fitness isn’t about following the latest Instagram trends—it’s about understanding that the construction worker needs different programming than the UNH professor, and that the young parent juggling kids and career requires a different approach than the empty-nester rediscovering their passion for movement.
